Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a medium wide flood light distribution is composed of 1 powerled LEDs. The device body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of powder coating; the diffuser is made of uv resistant polycarbonate. The ingress protection degree is IP44; the total weight is of 0.250 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 64 x 64 mm hole (in plasterboard). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.

Extruded EN AW-6060 aluminium profile, die-cast EN AB-44100 aluminium housing (copper free) with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions.
