The luminaire body is made of aisi 316 steel and features a steel finish, processed by means of electropolishing; the diffuser is made of extra clear glass - tempered with a silk-screening treatment. The ingress protection degree is IP68,IK10.

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. A4 grade Stainless Steel screws with 2,5-3% molybdenum content which increases the resistance against corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process 1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. The device body is made of aluminium 6026 and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of powder coating; the diffuser is made of uv resistant polycarbonate. The ingress protection degree is IP44; the total weight is of 0.32 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The power supply cable is included and features a 0.17 m length. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 70 mm diameter hole (in plasterboard). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.
