MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Ginko 4.0 Outdoor surface mounted projector light (ceiling, wall, ground, spike), housing made of,body in anticorodal aluminium, AISI 316L stainless steel bracket made entirely on a CNC lathe. Bracket in AISI 316L stainless steel, tumble finished and painted (painted version), body made of brass, produced entirely on a CNC lathe. Bracket made of brass. Optics available 12°, 26°, 34°, sharp 38°, 55°, adjustable 13°x65°, adjustable 24°x69°. IP66, IK08.

Recessed fixed downlight made of aluminium housing with white powder coated finish. Inner reflector available in Silver, Chrome black, Mirror chrome and white color finish. Cut-out Ø130mm.
