MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Minimal round recessed luminaire (frameless). Adjustable version that rotates internally by 355° and tilts by a maximum of 30°. The swivel unit rotates in a set back position in relation to the surface of the ceiling in order to guarantee precise, comfortable light diffusion and reduce direct glare significantly. The swivel unit body is made of die-cast aluminium with a radiant surface that guarantees optimum heat dissipation

Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a spot light distribution is composed of 1 powerled LEDs. The device body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of powder coating; the diffuser is made of uv resistant polycarbonate. The ingress protection degree is IP44; the total weight is of 0.192 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 64 mm diameter hole (in plasterboard) with an outer casing, code 99849 (for concrete or masonry). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.
