KAOLIN 1324S

KAOLIN a series of spotlights , designed by Philip Platino , are hand crafted in natural clays. The name comes from a white rock, one of the main ingredient in ceramics. The three different sizes are developed with AUREA proportion to add harmonic simplicity to the compostions. Each cylinder is finished by hand to add textured with a gracious spiralling effect. KAOLIN can be tinted in our various outdoor pigments.

INDOOR LIGHTING
Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a flood light distribution is composed of 1 arrayled LEDs. The device body is made of uv resistant polycarbonate and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of liquid painting; the diffuser is made of uv resistant polycarbonate. The ingress protection degree is IP44; the total weight is of 0.3 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The power supply cable is included and features a 0.15 m length. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 81 x 81 mm hole (in plasterboard). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.

IP65 Spotlight body, bracket and closure flange made of AISI 316L stainless steel with pickling and passivation treatment. With the addition of SurfShield a special scratch-resistant finish treatment that ensures increased resistance of the steel to chemical and atmospheric aggressions. Provided with surge protection electronics and protection against polarity reversal during wiring. Supplied with 5M of cable to powered a 24V CV transformer to be wired in parallel. IP65/IP68, IK08

Round spotlight element in aluminium; surface black powder coated; installation without tools in mounting set due to patented ball catch system; recessed light with wrap around edge; suitable for ceiling thickness of 2-25 mm; spotlight element height adjustable without tools: flush with the ceiling, or extended 25 mm or 35 mm; 360° rotatable and 90° tiltable; passive cooling of the LEDs through improved heat sink geometry; with COB (Chip on Board) technology for maximum efficiency;
