Painting Process : 3 Step Process 1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Resistance test protection for Marine applications for 1200h. Mechanical resistance IK 09. This luminaire contains built-in LED modules. In case of damage or malfunction please contact the manufacturer to receive additional instructions on how to replace and relative spare parts to order. The LED modules cannot be handled in the luminaire by the end user. This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class: E. Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a wide flood light distribution is composed of 1 arrayled LEDs. The device body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of powder coating. The ingress protection degree is IP40; the total weight is of 0.293 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The power supply cable is included and features a 0.3 m length. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 65 mm diameter hole (in plasterboard) with an outer casing, code 89374 (for concrete or masonry). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.
