The Allegro Washer AC SW is an intelligent, AC line powered high brightness luminaire family. The fixture is controllable via DMX512. The simplicity of the luminaire’s topology means it can be easily daisy-chained to form long runs. Remote Device Management (RDM) circuits are built into each luminaire that enables extensive control and monitoring of the entire lighting installation.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Die-cast aluminium housing. Pre-treated before powder coating ensuring high corrosion resistance. 5.5 mm thick front ring in grade 316 stainless steel. Single cable entry, through wiring upon request. Stainless steel fasteners in grade 304 with zinc flake coating (ZFC). Durable silicone rubber gasket. High-efficiency PMMA lens. Clear or frosted toughened glass. Integral control gear. Recessing box in high-density polyethylene is included. Suitable for drive-over with a maximum load of 2000 kg. Vehicles with pneumatic tires can drive over the luminaire but the speed must not exceed 50 km/h. Load is transferred by the housing to the foundation. The distance between the floodlight and the illuminated surface should be at least 0.5 m
