Floodlight for outdoor installation on a pole diam. 60 mm or 76 mm, with 355° swivel pole attachment and allowing horizontal adjustment of +90° / -40°. Phospho-chromatised and polyester powder coated die-cast copper-free aluminium base and head, tempered safety glass, moulded silicone gaskets and o-rings, with screws in stainless steel. Swivel pole joint with graduated scale and mechanical aiming lock. Built-in LED driver, with 1 COB CREE “CXB 3590” LED. IP66 rating.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. DR7 3000K LED (30W for light source) standard trim recessed luminaire with 17° optic. Manufactured from LM24 aluminium and glass-filled polycarbonate, with a mild-steel mounting ring. Finished in white (RAL 9010). Voltage is 220-240V 50/60HZ. Luminaire has high-performance colour rendering of 90+ CRI. Luminaire can be rotated, with +/- 175° movement through the pan axis and •+/-35° through the tilt axis, at a resolution of less than 1° in either axis. Movement and dimming is controlled using DMX.
