The device body is made of aluminium 6060 and features a anodised aluminum finish, processed by means of 20 µm anodizing; the diffuser is made of extra clear glass - tempered with a silk-screening treatment. The ingress protection degree is IP68; the total weight is of 1.535 kg. The power supply cable is included and features a 0.25 m length. The device features protection class II and can be floor-mounted with an outer casing, code 99914 (for concrete or masonry). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.

From a single power point it can run indefinitely, the only limit being the power installed on its length. Funivia is not bound to a power grid or a predefined design, it can enter any space at any time and draw light with the utmost freedom, it can generate an extraordinary performance quality even without an ad hoc installation a specific intervention in the space. The light elements hook on the cable thanks to a "bridge" element, a kind of current-stealing lock that mechanically fixes the luminaire and takes energy from the cable. Also in this digital network each luminaire has its own identity, its own IP address, through which it can be managed with Dali systems or with Artemide App It is a sustainable approach at the level of production, distribution, installation, consumption, use, integration of elements that already exist without necessarily calling for the creation of new additional products.
