MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Round-shaped recessed spotlight, body in cast aluminum, available in Ø168mm and Ø112mm trim and trimless versions. The trim version comes with a spring for installation on a ceiling thickness of 1-25 mm, and the trimless version comes with brackets for a ceiling thickness of 6-25 mm. The unique pull-down mechanism enables Solo to function as either a downlight, a regressed accent light, or an exposed lamp head able to emulate a surface or track fixture.Fully adjustable light head is tiltable up to 45° and rotatable horizontally up to 360°.
