The product is painted follow a continuous two step paint process (epoxy-based primer + polyester-based color finish), which allows to generate a single thick protective coating which then generates protective barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays. Track Adjustable Spotlight luminaire body made of aluminium housing with white powder coated finish. Black finish and honeycomb accessory available upon request. It come with different types of bean angles.

Single emission downlights for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a medium wide flood light distribution is composed of 6 powerled LEDs with CCT of 3000 K and a CRI 90; the source luminous flux is 1074 lm, with a 89.5 lm/W nominal luminous efficacy. The device body is made of iron and features a white + black finish, processed by means of powder coating; the diffuser is made of pom-c. The ingress protection degree is IP20; the total weight is of 0.390 kg. The power supply driver is not provided and is to be ordered separately. The total absorbed power is 12 W. The power supply cable is included and features a 0.17 m length. The device features protection class III and can be ceiling-mounted, with a 215 x 42 mm hole (in plasterboard). Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.

A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Resistance test protection for Marine applications for 1200h. Mechanical resistance IK 09 Maximum load capacity 500 Kg. This luminaire contains built-in LED modules.
