KAOLIN a series of spotlights , designed by Philip Platino , are hand crafted in natural clays. The name comes from a white rock, one of the main ingredient in ceramics. The three different sizes are developed with AUREA proportion to add harmonic simplicity to the compostions. Each cylinder is finished by hand to add textured with a gracious spiralling effect. KAOLIN can be tinted in our various outdoor pigments.

Rectangular recessed multi-downlight in die-cast aluminium with tool-free installation via patented ball catch system. Features jet black trim, two wide flood light elements (72° beam) with chrome micro-faceted reflector for precise symmetrical distribution. Delivers 4000K light, CRI ≥90, MacAdam ≤3 SDCM, and ≥90% flux after 50,000h. Passive LED cooling, IP20.

The device body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a black finish, processed by means of open pore anodizing + powder coating
